Order Processing & Tracking
- All orders are processed seven days a week.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST (12:00 PM PST) will be shipped the next business day.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.
Shipping Responsibility
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of purchase.
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Naked Lash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Duties & Taxes
- Naked Lash does not cover duties for shipments; any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees must be paid by the recipient upon delivery, if applicable.
