Due to the personal and professional nature of lash supplies, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been shipped. Store Credit Option (Exception Policy)
We understand that every experience matters. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and the item remains completely unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging, you may request a return for store credit.
Return Conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- For returns from outside Canada, any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees must be covered by the sender.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a digital gift card equal to the value of the approved items.

The following are non-refundable and final sale:
